A: For most of our products, we have a wide range of color choices.  Our playground consultants will help you choose a color combination that is right for you.

2. Are your playground products safe?

A: All of our products meet or exceed the rigorous public playground safety guidelines from the American Society of Testing Materials and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  We distribute products from only the best and most experienced manufacturers in the industry.

3.I am looking for a product that is not in your catalog or on your website. Do you offer other products?

A: Our catalog and website show a good representative sample of the products we can offer.  However, as one of the largest playground distributors, we have access to many other products that we can offer if requested.  Please let us know you needs and we can provide you with a quote on virtually any playground item or service.

4.What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

5.Can I install the slide and ladder in different positions?

A: In many cases the positions at which you install the slides and ladders are interchangeable but not always. We suggest you follow the directions and assemble the playset as described there.

6.How do you ship the goods?

A: Usually shipping by sea.

7.How should I organize the equipment?
A: There should be enough open space around playground equipment so that children can use the equipment safely. Swings, slides, and other equipment need a buffer zone of empty space to prevent collisions by users and with objects. Also, equipment should be grouped by recommended age range and activity levels of children. Popular items should be spread around the playground to avoid crowding.

8.What after service you provide?

A: our company is responsible for making some modifications as you need and your purchase can be reproduced and refunded if there are serious quality problems。

9.Can I use options from other manufacturers?

A: We do not recommend using accessories from other manufactures. This is because we do not know the extent to which they have been tested for strength and weight, etc. Any modifications or changes you make to your playset are at your own risk.

10.How can I disassemble my equipment?

A: Each piece of equipment goes with a USES.MANUAL if it’s a new one, please read it before your usage. And please disassemble it accordingly.

11.What else should I consider when buying and installing new equipment?

A: Make sure that the equipment is properly installed and anchored. Loose equipment is a leading factor in playground injuries. Also, check the product’s durability and safety record to ensure that you are purchasing equipment that is proven to be safe. Any finishes and paints applied to the equipment must meet lead safety standards and should be resistant to corrosion. Finally, look for equipment composed of plastic, wood, or vinyl instead of metal when possible.
